Designed in the Neoclassical style, with Temple of the Winds columns, this new fraternity house borrows elements from its predecessor while providing modern accommodations. With a large, gracious front porch, wide staircases and French doors leading to decks on three sides, the house provides both interior and exterior social space. On the upper floors, built-in loft beds and state-of-the-art electronics provide flexible private space for each resident. A large, indestructible recreation room is provided in a separate Party Barn at the back of the property.
