The renovation of a 31,422 sf precast concrete building houses offices and manufacturing labs. The office space includes corporate, conference, training, and administrative areas. The manufacturing plant contains test labs and robotic manufacturing cells. The design highlights the industrial nature of the business through exposed structure and metal detailing. The lobby highlights a two-story open space with a formal stair. Display niches in the lobby highlight the manufacturing process and product. The engineering open offices are positioned to take advantage of natural light. To promote communication, managerial offices have visual access to both the engineering group and manufacturing plant.
