The project consists of 312,000 sf interior renovation and finish upgrades to the concourse corridors and restrooms. Within the corridors carpet, walls and finishes are replaced with new slate, porcelain and quartz tile. By the addition of a new HVAC system the air has been greatly improved in the existing smoke lounges. To increase natural light new exterior windows are included. In the Delta waiting areas all existing restrooms and finishes have been updated. The restrooms include new flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, as well as new lighting, counters and sinks. An additional restroom was added to accommodate increased needs.
