The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia commissioned the Design-Build team of Gay Construction and RWH to provide a combination of professional services including design, pre-construction and construction services. The Academic Building addition includes 24,000 gross sf of new construction and associated site work. The building provides classrooms, seminar rooms, faculty offices and a 300-seat lecture hall in a 2-story addition. This building utilizes technology and multi-media learning classrooms consistent with the mission of Georgia Gwinnett College for innovative high-tech learning.
