This new 12,300 sf building houses the Sigma Nu Fraternity at Georgia Tech. The facility design accommodates housing for 48 brothers as well as ample gathering space for the entire 80-brother membership. The site is designed to offer an array of recreational spaces including seating areas, a swimming pool and basketball court. The transitional design reflects the new spirit of the fraternity rooted in a long history of tradition and values.
