The Sigma Chi Fraternity House, located on a prominent corner of the Georgia Tech campus, was designed to meet the Olympic Village athletic requirements for the 1996 Olympics. This residential structure utilizes classical architectural elements and materials to provide a traditional image, durability, and an easily maintained living environment. The facility includes 23 sleeping rooms, the chapter room, chapter advisor's suite, formal and informal living rooms, recreation and dining rooms, and a commercial kitchen.
